From Tirupati Bus stand, it is about 8 km away and easily accessible. Papa Vinasanam Dam is a site worth visiting. This dam is especially popular for the vast number of fish in it. Its scenic beauty also allures everyone, offering a natural getaway adding to the religious Tirupati trip. There is also a well maintained garden nearby, offering a perfect site for tourists to relax and spend some time after their holy dip in Papavinasanam.
Tourists can visit from on all days of the week. The visiting timings are from 6 AM to 6 PM. It is closed on public holidays. For the convenience of the pilgrims, separate dressing rooms for men and women have been built close by.
